Creative Thinker / Visual Communicator / Strategic Leader
Bio
Victoria Dimou joined The Timberland Company as a Senior Art Director and rose to the position of Creative Group Director of Timberland's in-house team. She helped the brand grow and evolve it from a footwear company into a global lifestyle brand. Her vision could be seen across all consumer touch points from brand imagery, digital creative, e-commerce, brick and mortar retail to product packaging, events and 360 degree advertising campaigns. Leading a team of twenty—art directors, designers and copywriters—she established seasonal global guidelines and instituted a digital asset management system that allowed global partners easy access to the latest photography, projects and guidelines.
Prior to Timberland, she worked at Elizabeth Arden on fragrance, skin care and cosmetics. Her time there helped her hone her art direction, color-correction and retouching skills. This she continued to do while at The Timberland Company, directing the brand’s seasonal shoots and establishing an in-house studio for agile content creation.
